Once the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email and follow up email communication providing details about engaging in the BDUSA Network and access to the offered benefits.

You will receive a confirmation email regarding your registration completion, followed by an email from a Network Coordinator, providing you with details about what you will be receiving, how you can engage, the development of your content for the BDUSA platform, and the scheduling of your Welcome Video segment (optional) and introductory meeting (optional, but recommended). The video segment allows you the ability to interview with our physician leadership with one-on-one dialogue, utilizing this video content to speak to our audience, promote your personal brand, and if applicable, your practice. The introductory meeting allows you the opportunity to speak with a BDUSA representative about your personal and professional goals to ensure we best align you with the benefits we offer. You are also provided with direct access to all of the resources we offer. The Network Coordinator will continue to correspond with you about your positioning on the website and any requests you may have, with on-going monthly communication via email or text (your choice) once you've been on-boarded.
Yes. Regardless of the payment option that you choose, this is an annual term. You just have the choice of paying for the whole year all at once or choosing to pay for the year in monthly installments for 12 months.
You can choose to cancel your account after a period of 4 months if you decide you no longer want to receive the benefits of being in the BDUSA Network prior to your annual term ending if you have a monthly payment subscription. You would need to email us at email@example.com to request the cancellation. NOTE: If you paid for the full year upfront ($450), you will not receive a refund and your cancellation will be effective upon the end of your annual term (NOTE: You can request to unsubscribe from email/text communication at anytime).
